Berlin, the thrilling finale of our Tour de Grün expedition, awaits with its eclectic charm and a history steeped in transformation. As the vibrant capital of Germany, Berlin showcases a progressive cityscape adorned with lush parks, green rooftops, and a thriving eco-community. With a storied past that has seen it rise from the challenges of division to become a unified metropolis, we are to embrace Berlin's innovative approach to environmental stewardship, we are eager to celebrate the city's achievements and conclude our journey with a resounding call for a greener future that echoes far beyond the championship.

Route in Detail

Tour de Grün's 28-day journey will traverse through 6 vibrant cities and attend 7 exhilarating Euro 2024 games! The adventure kicks off on June 14, where we'll watch the Euro 2024 opening match in Stuttgart. The cycling and football journey will begin on June 16, as we experience the C1 vs. C2 match in Stuttgart Arena. From June 17 to 19, our bike journey begins, covering 119 miles from Stuttgart to Karlsruhe, following the picturesque EuroVelo 15 Rhine Cycling route, and ultimately heading away from the river and arriving in Central Frankfurt.

On June 20, we'll soak up the electrifying atmosphere of the C2 vs. C4 game at Frankfurt Arena. The cycling expedition resumes from June 21 to 23, as we pedal 140 miles along the scenic EuroVelo 15 Rhine Cycling route, making our way to the vibrant city of Dusseldorf. On June 24, we'll be part of the thrilling B4 vs. B1 match at Dusseldorf Arena. As we continue on June 25, the journey takes us along the scenic Rhine route, covering 30 miles from Duisburg to Gelsenkirchen. On June 26, we'll experience the excitement of the F2 vs. F3 game in Gelsenkirchen at the Arena AufSchalke. The next day, a short 14-mile ride leads us to the captivating city of Dortmund.

 

On June 29, the football intensity heightens as we witness the Round of 16 match 1A vs. 2C at the BVB Stadion Dortmund. The adventure reaches its peak on July 6, as we embark on a remarkable 313-mile cycling expedition to reach the bustling capital city, Berlin, where we'll experience the quarter-final game at the Olympiastadion Berlin.

 

Finally, on July 14, we'll conclude our unforgettable tour in Berlin, where we'll be present for the electrifying final match of Euro 2024. Throughout this epic journey, we'll embrace sustainable practices, explore the unique culture of each city, and leave a lasting impact with this extraordinary adventure that celebrates the perfect harmony of football, cycling, and sustainability!
